Dinner isn’t very exciting, but it’s tasty! This is egg roll in a bowl (ERIAB). I know there are recipes out there, but I’ve never used one, so can’t recommend one in particular. My version is simply one pound of ground pork, a bag of rainbow salad (broccoli, and other stuff), some diced onion (frozen), coconut oil, fish sauce (@redboatfishsauce), coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, onion powder, and salt. Just brown the meat, and then add everything else. It takes only a few minutes, and dinner is served
Campfire Meal Leftovers
We’re finishing up the campfire meal leftovers for breakfast, because we’re packing up to head back east. I threw some chopped bacon, leftovers, and Butt Rub into a skillet, and heated until done. This was tasty, and now the trailer fridge is almost empty, so less to unload but not because of the potatoes

Glamping it Up
Glamping! While I can, and will, cook over a fire, or on coals, it’s nice to have a real kitchen in the trailer
Campfire Dinner
Dinner is served! Burgers, carrots, onions, sweet peppers, asparagus, and sweet potatoes, all wrapped in foil, and cooked over hot coals. I’m not doing 21DSD, or Whole30 right now, but this would work for both (energy mod for 21dsd
