21DSD Day 15: We’re in the last week! Today’s breakfast was leftover hamburger, tomato, guacamole, and asparagus. I had to eat my lunch of ham, tomatoes, and guacamole, on my way to a meeting. Dinner was Red Robin, after completing the CrossFit Open without 15.3 (527 reps!). I had a burger with guacamole and bacon, and a side of sweet potato fries

Spent a rainy Saturday morning at CrossFit Iniquus. Today’s WOD: 150 KBS, 150 wall balls, 150 burpees, 150 box jumps, 1500m row. Thank goodness it was a partner WOD! @vkcman24 and I did it in 36:54

I did a practice run of 15.3 tonight, and @vkcman24 did the real thing. He got 544, and I did 519, which wasn’t bad after feeling like a zombie all day, from lack of sleep. Claire practiced her muscle ups. She’ll probably get there before I do

That was me, on Monday, after 15.2. I managed to get one rep, but that was still a PR for me. I’ll keep pushing myself to my limits! Today’s WOD included 5 minutes of jumping rope, a max power clean (70 lbs for me), plus 3 rounds of 5-4-3-2-1 power cleans, jerks, and back squats. I started at 50 pounds, but had to drop to 45 after the first round. My shoulders and back are not happy with me tonight
