Low Carb Lasagne
This hits the spot, if you’re hankering for some lasagne!
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown the ground beef.
  3. Add the pizza seasoning, and mix well.
  4. Cover the bottom of a pan with 1 cup of the marinara.
  5. Spread half of the ground beef in the pan.
  6. Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the ground beef.
  7. Add the rest of the ground beef to the pan, and then cover with the rest of the ricotta cheese and marinara.
  8. Sprinkle the cheese over top, and then sprinkle 1 tsp of pizza sauce seasoning and 1 tsp of salt.
  9. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
