I survived my #21DSD! Today was day 21. Breakfast was scrambled eggs with avocado and tomatoes. Lunch was zoodles with meat sauce (turkey), and dinner was buffalo chicken meatballs with a sweet potato. I did eat according to plan the past several days, just didn’t post because I’ve been sick. #paleo #cleaneating

Today was day 12 of my #21DSD. Breakfast was a banana smoothie with 2 eggs. Lunch was slow cooker carnitas: 6lbs pork shoulder, 2 tbsp granulated garlic, 2 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup lime juice cooked on low for about 16 hours until it falls apart. After draining most of the liquid (fat), I added some more lemon and lime juice and served over spinach with tomatoes and guacamole. Dinner was Terlingua Red chili from Hard Times Cafe. #cleaneating #paleo

Today was day 11 of my #21DSD. I’m halfway there! Breakfast was a crabcake with cocktail sauce and a sweet potato with ghee. Lunch was carnitas with guacamole from Chipotle. Didn’t get s picture of dinner because my phone died, but it was shepherd’s pie, without the cauliflower, over spinach. #paleo #cleaneating

Yesterday was day 10 of my #21DSD. I had a banana smoothie for breakfast, and tuna salad with spinach for lunch. Dinner was crab cake over spinach with cocktail sauce. #paleo #cleaneating
