I’m having leftovers for lunch. This has been a crazy week, and while I’d really like to just order a pizza, this is a good substitute. I’m now on my 4th day lower carb, and starting to feel the “carb flu,” but might also be feeling the pollen. Yesterday I had s bit of a headache, and the brain fog and fatigue are no fun. But I know those will pass, soon, and I’ll be feeling fine
