This is pork fried “rice.” I cut some boneless country style pork ribs into chunks, sprinkled with salt, ginger, and garlic, and then seared in coconut oil. Then I added riced cauliflower and broccoli (frozen), peppers and onions (also frozen), coconut aminos, onion powder, a little bit of parsley, and more salt, ginger, and garlic.
