I fell off the wagon. Hard. Ouch. Friday I had that non-whole30 meal, and then did ok Saturday morning, but after unexpectedly having to run a club Saturday night, I kinda blew it. My daughter and I got milkshakes after club. Then Sunday I had *whatever* at brunch. Monday I had Skittles for lunch, because I forgot to take something with me to the office. SKITTLES! So today I had tuna salad over mixed greens for breakfast, zoodles with Italian sausage and marinara for lunch, and slow cooker beef stew for dinner. Not sure yet if I’m precisely following a plan, but I’m on day 1 of whatever it is. My meals today would work for 21DSD or Whole30. Oh, and the whole family went to the gym tonight
