Day 3! I had “Arroz” con Pollo for breakfast and leftover carnitas with riced cauliflower for lunch. Dinner was a date at @nandosusa with @vkcman24. We love this place! I had a plain, boneless chicken breast (skin on) with a mixed green salad topped with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. I’ve checked to make sure the plain chicken is OK for Whole30, and they said there’s no sugar, grains, soy, or other stuff we can’t have. It’s always a bit of a gamble when you eat out, but so far haven’t had any issues here
