Breakfast is a piece of the very tasty casserole I made last night. This is one package of bacon, a pound of crumbled homemade pork sausage, 2 cups of Greek yogurt, a dozen eggs, and a cup of shredded cheddar, layered, and cooked at 350 for 30 minutes. I used a bit of bacon grease to “grease” the pan, and used sage, cayenne, black pepper, and salt for the sausage. This is also great with chopped, hardboiled eggs, but that takes a lot longer, and you can’t freeze it.
