I didn’t feel like cooking this morning, so made a salad. This is baby arugula, a couple of hardboiled eggs, some green olives, and a dollop of Primal Kitchen Mayo. The eggs were cooked when I bought them, and the mayo came prepared, so all I had to do was throw everything in a bowl and eat it.
