21DSD Day 13: Pre-workout snack (not pictured) was leftover dill chicken. Breakfast, after CrossFit, was bacon, 3 eggs fried in the bacon grease, a small sweet potato, and some grape tomatoes. Lunch was kalua pig and coleslaw. Dinner was bratwurst with sauerkraut, followed by a rather green banana, mixed with coconut milk and cocoa, and topped with pecan pieces
