Day 10: Breakfast was leftover zoodles and meat sauce. Lunch was arugula, tuna salad (homemade mayo and some Wildtree spices), carrots, and tomatoes. Dinner was adobo chicken over a sweet potato (I’m doing energy modification). CrossFit wiped me out a bit, and I was still hungry after dinner, so had what’s basically the ice cream from the guide book, not frozen and with pecans added.
