We had egg roll in a bowl for dinner. My daughter asked for a hamburger (complete with a bun), but I convinced her to just try this. She loved it, and asked for seconds! This is 2 pounds of ground pork, 1 bag of broccoli slaw, and about a cup of diced onion. I added coconut aminos, fish sauce, vinegar, salt, garlic, ginger, and onion powder to taste. While I didn’t finish my CrossFit workout tonight (tweaked my back), I got through enough that I needed a tiny sweet potato.
Note: I’ve been asked by a few followers to post the recipe for egg roll in a bowl, with measurements, so next time I’ll document it! I usually just do everything “to taste.”
