Day 9: Breakfast was 2 eggs, peppers, onions, diced tomatoes, and olives cooked in avocado oil. Lunch was arugula, ham, olives, and tomatoes. Dinner was zoodles, topped with meat sauce and some olive oil, followed by some chocolate mug cake.
